Concept Artist [Contract]

Awe Interactive is looking for a Concept Artist to work closely with Artists and Directors to develop the world of our next game. We are starting to build an epic science-fiction-fantasy world. You will be central to driving the mood, feel and spirit of this world. We are looking for someone with exceptional skill. 

We are an all-remote studio.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Directors to create high quality concept art that establishes a new science fantasy world

• Help develop the style, mood and feel for 

• Create art that can be used by production artists to create 3d assets

• Create sketches and iterate quickly where needed

• Work to tell the story of the game through the art

Required Skills:

• A great visual imagination

• A strong basis in traditional art

• The ability to iterate quickly

• A passion for creating the new while paying tribute to the old

• A passion for fantasy and science fiction worlds

Nice to have:

• Experience creating new worlds
